Dean has been a veterinarian for 16 years, gaining the experience needed to care for your animals. The History of Healing Hands Small Animal Emergency Hospital

Our emergency small animal hospital opened in 2020 to fulfill the vital need for late night veterinary care and critical care services to companion animals in the Magic Valley.

We operate understanding the deep importance and value of our animal companions in each of our lives. Whether your companion is a dog, cat, bird, hamster, rat, or exotic animal; we make sure we’re here when you need us most.

Healing Hands Small Animal Emergency Hospital exists to fulfill the needs of owners by fulfilling the needs of their pets.

Dr. Dean Lavallee

Dr. Dean Lavallee grew up with a profound fascination with animals, to include how they work and function, inside and out! He decided at an early age that veterinary medicine was the only career for him and attended Colorado State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lavallee has worked in emergency, urgent care, and general practice in the private sector, the US Military, and government for 16 years and brings his unique and versatile set of skills to the Twin Falls area.
